Rick Hiles is an experienced professional in financial services and insurance sales, currently serving as the Director of Financial Services & Insurance Sales at Hyland since April 2012. Throughout his tenure at the company, Rick has held various roles including Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Industry Team Lead, and Industry Account Manager, where the focus has been on assisting financial institutions across North America with Enterprise Content Management solutions to enhance their information management and business processes. Prior to Hyland, Rick worked as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Miami University, obtained in 2010.
