Cisr Crystal Gleason

Crystal Gleason, CISR, began their career in 2010 as a Claims Examiner at V+A Risk Services. After working there for two years, they moved on to Brooks Insurance Agency, where they served as an Administrative Assistant & Receptionist for three years. In 2016, Crystal joined USI Insurance Services as an Account Manager for Small Commercial clients. Crystal then transitioned to TDC Risk Management in the same year, where they worked as a Personal Lines Account Technician for four months. Most recently, Crystal joined Hylant in December 2018 as a Client Service Specialist.

Crystal Gleason, CISR completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work at The University of Toledo. Crystal also participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Northern Iowa in 2004.
