Previous experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Clemans, Nelson, & Associates, Inc., and Assistant Auditor at the Auditor of State - Ohio. Deborah holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Personnel Management from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Toledo.
