Lindsay Hipp began their work experience as a Merchandising Stock Associate at OfficeMax in 2014 and worked there until 2020. Lindsay then joined Belmont Country Club as a Guest Relations employee, where they fulfilled various responsibilities including interacting with high-profile guests, operating a beverage cart, and serving tables at banquets. Lindsay Hipp then transitioned to Cleveland Clinic as a Patient Service Specialist in 2020 before joining Hylant in 2021. At Hylant, they held the role of Service Assistant before being promoted to Associate Risk Analyst in December 2022.
Lindsay Hipp completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Business Management from Kent State University between 2016 and 2020.
