Shannon Orr

Shannon Orr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shannon began their career as a Store Manager and HR professional at Aéropostale from 2002 to 2006. From there, they moved on to Odyssey Healthcare, where they held the position of Director/HR from 2006 to 2009. Following this, Shannon worked at Nightingale Hospice as the Executive Director and HR Leader from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Shannon joined Hylant as an Office Manager/HR, where they played a key role in managing office operations and overseeing human resources functions until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Shannon held the position of Talent Manager at Hylant, where they contributed to regional HR and talent acquisition initiatives.

Currently, Shannon serves as the Chief Operating Officer in Emerging Markets at Hylant. In this role, which they assumed in May 2022, they are responsible for building and executing market expansion strategies through new partnerships, acquisitions, and talent recruitment. Shannon also leads internal and external communications, talent identification efforts, and enterprise partnerships.

Shannon Orr completed their undergraduate education from 2004 to 2008 at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management.
