Michele Lepera

Michele Lepera is an experienced service manager with a successful career in telecommunications and broadcast infrastructure management. Currently serving as a service manager at HYPE since November 2024, Michele previously held the same position at Retelit from October 2021 to November 2024, overseeing SDwan L3 and L2 connectivity, private multicloud, VoIP services, and Cyber Security while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. Prior experience at Sky Italia from September 2006 to December 2021 includes roles in broadcast distribution as a DevOps engineer and within the Technology Operation Center, focusing on the maintenance and management of transmission infrastructures and product monitoring for audio/video quality. Michele holds a degree in telecommunications from I.t.i.s Cartesio Cinisello B.mo and has completed the CCNA 1 NETWORK module from Cisco Systems.
