Hypercare
Muhammad Iftikhar Hafeez has worked as a Backend Software Engineer at Hypercare since 2021, where they created and managed a micro-service for generating reports in various formats. Prior to that, they were a Project Control Manager at Huawei Technologies from 2014 to 2016, where they managed a project for a telecom sector account spread over 36 cities with over 400 employees. Muhammad Iftikhar was responsible for daily progress reports, gap analysis, highlighting project issues, and managing meetings. Before that, they worked as a Project Coordinator at the Ministry of information and broadcasting Pakistan from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they managed meetings, supported order management, testing, and reporting, and produced status reports for customers and senior management.
Muhammad Iftikhar Hafeez pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Windsor, attending from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they completed their Master of Science (MS) in Project Management at the COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology, studying from 2012 to 2013. Prior to their MS degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, General from the same institute, attending from 2007 to 2011.
Hypercare
Patient care is becoming increasingly complex, requiring coordination and collaboration between multiple providers across different departments and specialties. However, hospitals and other healthcare settings have yet to catch up with these demands. The primary method of reaching providers is still through switchboards and pagers in hospitals.This ineffective modality leads to delays in patient care and poor patient outcomes. To take matters into their own hands, clinicians have resorted to non-secure smartphone apps such as WhatsApp and iMessage. However, this puts patient personal health information at risk, and creates enormous medico-legal liability for providers and hospitals.
