Hugo Serres

Hugo Serres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and account management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships MENA + France & Partner Development (BYOS) program director at HyperGuest since August 2023, Hugo previously founded and directed Maison Carne from June 2021 to February 2023, managing the launch and operations of three restaurants. Prior roles include International Account Management Director at Grupo Hotusa, overseeing over 50 account managers and a portfolio of more than 4000 partner hotels, and various positions within the same company, where responsibilities spanned from Area Development Manager for Canada and Morocco to head of account management for French-speaking countries and Italy. Hugo's career also includes co-founding and managing Verd&Go, with earlier experience at Auberge la Feniere as an assistant director and event manager. Hugo holds two Bachelor degrees in Business and Management from TBS Education and ESEC Barcelona.
