Earlier in their career, Hilary worked at Carpenter Technology as a Market Analyst from May 2009 to February 2015. Hilary holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and International Business from Villanova University.
