Steve Peale has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Steve started as VP of Business Transformation at Cardinal Health, Inc in 2006 before moving on to become the CIO & VP of Operations at Safecor Health in 2009. Steve then joined Cardinal Health again, this time as VP of Merger Integration, overseeing the integration of acquisitions. Later, they became the VP of Merger Integration EMEA, responsible for the stand-up of acquisitions in EMEA. In 2019, they joined Key Surgical as VP of Business Integration, leading the integration of acquisitions and managing operations and IT teams in the UK and Germany. Steve later joined Leiters as Senior Vice President of Operations in 2021 before assuming their current role as Chief Information Officer at Hyperion Materials & Technologies in 2022.
Steve Peale's education history began in 1980 when they enrolled at Purdue University. Steve studied Industrial Engineering and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in 1984. Afterward, from 1987 to 1989, Peale pursued further education at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA). Steve focused on Marketing during their time there.
