Noah Souza

Noah Souza is an IT Business Relationship Manager with extensive experience in leading DevOps and modern workplace initiatives at Hypertherm Associates since July 2013. In various roles, Noah has successfully guided teams overseeing Oracle developers, deployment engineers, and IT solutions involving Microsoft 365, Robotic Process Automation, and digital transformation efforts. Prior to Hypertherm, Noah held positions as a Systems Engineer Programmer and Web Programmer at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, where significant contributions were made in authentication management and web application development. Noah's earlier roles include consulting and programming for NetOutcomes.com LLC, as well as web development and design work at Quail and Thistle Apartments and Videos for Change Productions. Noah holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Information Technology and Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
