Paul Ossing has a variety of work experience in various companies and positions. Paul began their career in 1989 as a Nuclear Engineer/Nuclear Reactor Analyst at Toshiba, where they worked until 1993. From 1994 to 2000, they served as a Systems Engineering Manager at TOKYO ELECTRON LIMITED. Paul then joined LTX-Credence as the Japan Country Manager from 2000 to 2006. After that, they worked as the Japan Country Manager at SunEdison Semiconductor from 2006 to 2010, and later as the Japan Country Manager at GrafTech International from 2010 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Japan Sales Director at HYTORC since 2016.

Paul Ossing pursued their education in the field of Nuclear Engineering. From 1983 to 1987, they attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nuclear Engineering. Subsequently, in 1987, Paul enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), specializing in Nuclear Engineering. Paul completed their studies at MIT in 1988.
