Nelson del Rio

Nelson Del Rio is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in investment, real estate finance, and community engagement. As the Founder and Principal of Del Rio Family Office and Del Rio Holdings since 1999, Del Rio has established a prominent family office focused on private investments. In addition, Del Rio serves as Chairman and President of Prosperity of the Commons International, Sonnenblick - Del Rio, and Sonnenblick Del Rio Not For Profits, where significant contributions have been made to municipalities through innovative public-private partnerships. Del Rio co-founded and chairs both the Institute for Prosperity of the Commons and Coalition for Prosperity of the Commons while also advising various organizations, including Partners of the Americas and the University of Washington's advisory board. A member of the State Bar of California, Del Rio holds a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington, graduating with honors.
