Chloe Chaplain is a seasoned journalist with a focus on political reporting, currently serving as a Senior Political Correspondent for The i Paper since August 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an Online Reporter at the Evening Standard and a Junior Reporter specializing in health for Archant. Chloe began their career in journalism with a traineeship at the Press Association, where foundational skills in news reporting, law, and public affairs were developed. Before journalism, Chloe worked in marketing and gained customer service experience in the hotel and leisure sector. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds, where an emphasis was placed on various literary studies and a dissertation on First World War literature was completed.
