Joe Cashion

Joe Cashion is an experienced venture capital professional with a strong background in both investment and board leadership. Currently serving as Managing Director and Venture Partner at I Squared Capital since June 2021, Joe is also a Partner at Prism Global Management, LLC and held the role of Venture Partner at Shasta Ventures from November 2021 to April 2025. Previous experience includes a directorial position at Introhive and Managing Partner at Lake Bridge Capital, Inc. Joe has also contributed to boards of multiple companies, including EGeen International Inc., SAFCell, Inc., NRStor Inc., and Temporal Power Ltd. With a degree in BA with Great Distinction from McGill University, Joe's expertise lies in venture capital and IP venture investing, exemplified by a tenure as Vice President at Northwater Capital Management Inc.
