Simon Mak began their work experience in 2011 as the VP of Growth at BEECRAZY, an Ensogo company. Simon then transitioned to Real.co in 2016, where they worked as a Growth Hacker for a short period. In the same year, they joined I.T as a Senior Manager - Digital Solution, and later became an Associate Digital Solution Director in October 2021.
Simon Mak attended City University of Hong Kong from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Higher Diploma of Computer Studies in the field of Computer Science. Later, from 1996 to 1997, they pursued a BSc (HONS) of Computing for Business at Northumbria University, specializing in Computer Science.
