James Powell is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at i2r Packaging Solutions Ltd since November 2022. Previously, James held the position of Engineering Team Leader at Warburtons from August 2018 to January 2023, overseeing a team of engineers and apprentices while coordinating with production and contractors. Prior to that, James worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Mapei from October 2016 to August 2018 and served a decade in the Royal Navy as a weapons engineer, leading a team responsible for the maintenance of weaponry and critical equipment. James holds a National Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Earls High School, completed in 2004.
