Katherine Debney-Carr is an experienced ITSM Remedy Developer with a robust background in application administration and development across multiple organizations. Currently employed at Epsilon, Inc. since August 2023, Katherine has also served as a Remedy Service Request Management & Digital Workplace Developer for the USDA at Emagine IT since February 2012, and as an ITSM Remedy Administrator/Developer at ISYS Technologies since February 2009. Katherine's expertise includes maintaining and administering the Enterprise ITSM Remedy application, developing workflows, creating ITSM templates, and providing training and technical support. Previous roles include Remedy Helix ITSM Engineer at ECCO Select and ARS Remedy Administrator/Developer at McNeil Technologies, demonstrating a strong commitment to ITIL standards and efficient service delivery.
