Prior roles include Manager for Latin America North at SMART Technologies, where Carlos oversaw significant sales volumes, and various managerial positions at Griffith Foods, MOTOROLA Inc., and Unilever, showcasing a strong track record in sales strategies and marketing. Carlos holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Sales Management from prestigious Colombian universities and has demonstrated leadership capabilities through prior experiences, including presidency at AIESEC in Colombia.
