Arjan Koopen is a seasoned networking professional with extensive experience in network architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Network Architect at i3D.net, a Ubisoft Company, since December 2018, Arjan manages and expands the global IP/MPLS backbone. In addition to this role, Arjan is the Chairman of Stichting EventInfra, a non-profit organization that facilitates network infrastructure loans for community-run events, and serves on the board of Stichting Bitlair, a hackerspace in Amersfoort. Previous experience includes a Lead Engineer position at SecureLink Nederland B.V., where Arjan developed and supported security and networking solutions across various technologies. Arjan's expertise encompasses campus networks, WiFi design, and network access control, complemented by multiple Aruba certifications and recognition as an Aruba MVP. Educational background includes a degree from NHL Hogeschool, completed in 2009.
