Louis Groulx-Robert currently serves as Technical Director for IT Infrastructure & Systems at i3D.net since September 2023. Prior to this role, Louis held several positions at Ubisoft from June 2012 to September 2023, including IT Manager for World Data Center Operations and IT Manager for South East Asia, where responsibilities included defining and executing corporate IT strategies across multiple studios, driving key global initiatives, and supporting regional game projects. Earlier experience includes roles at P Communication and Vidéotron Service Affaires, where Louis provided technical support and managed escalations for enterprise telecommunication customers. Educational background includes studies at Herzing College Montreal, Concordia University, and the International School of Perth.
