Alieksiei Martins

Alieksiei Martins serves as the Chief Financial Officer at i4pro since November 2021, leading finance, accounting, strategy, and legal teams, while providing financial and strategic insights to support growth initiatives. Additionally, Alieksiei is an Investor and Advisor at Pluga and co-founded the INSEAD Angels Club Brazil, engaging in voluntary work. Previous roles include Partner and CFO at Carflix, and Director of Strategy and Business Development at Copersucar, where supervision of a USD 500 million portfolio of investments was key. Alieksiei's extensive experience spans various leadership positions, including Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and New Business Development Senior Advisor at Ultrapar. Alieksiei holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Scholar degree in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceara.
