Lauren's career also includes significant positions at Citi, including SVP of Executive Compensation and Incentive Compensation Manager, as well as roles at Morgan Stanley, CIT, and earlier at Amgen as a Compensation Intern. Lauren Geer holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR) from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
