Craig Williams

Craig Williams is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at IAG since January 2022. Prior to this role, Craig held positions such as Senior Commercial Manager HR at Westpac Group and Senior Human Resources Manager at Klarna, where responsibilities included developing HR models and overseeing talent acquisition performance. With extensive experience in international talent acquisition gained at Wells Fargo and American Express, Craig has led teams and strategies designed to enhance hiring processes and vendor relations across various regions. Craig also has a solid foundation in workforce planning and resourcing from earlier roles at Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, and AMP, complemented by a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University.
