Hsiu-Ying Chang

Hsiu-Ying Chang is an experienced operational and procurement manager with a strong background in supply chain management and sourcing. Currently serving as Operational Manager at IAR since May 2024, Hsiu-Ying previously held the role of Procurement Manager at ADB, overseeing a budget of approximately $12 million and focusing on cost-saving opportunities through supplier management. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Sourcing Specialist and Global Sourcing Specialist at Snap One, where Hsiu-Ying managed a diverse range of product categories and supplier performance. Hsiu-Ying also served as Supply Chain Manager at Nabati Food Pte Ltd., handling issues across East Asia, and has experience in managing export activities and purchasing in various capacities. Hsiu-Ying holds a Master of Science in International Marketing from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in English from National Taiwan Normal University, complemented by a minor in Educational Psychology and Counselling.
