In this role, they handled all aspects of customer service for existing accounts, including invoicing, billing inquiries, amortization schedules, payoff calculations, due date changes, property tax issues, lease end-of-term options, and any other incoming questions or problems related to customer accounts. Donna managed the entire direct draft process for over 800 customers on a bi-monthly basis.
