From 2002 to 2003, Eric Carter worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Meditech. From 2003 to 2006, they held the same role at Picis. In 2007, they joined iatricSystems as a Software Developer, where they worked until 2010. During this time, they transitioned to become a Software Development Manager, managing a group of .NET software developers.
