Jonas Loeb has a diverse work experience history. Jonas started as an Assistant Communications Coordinator at IATSE in June 2016, where they researched and produced social media content and managed internal databases. In August 2015, they became a Resident Advisor at Oberlin College, responsible for maintaining a residential community and organizing programming. In June 2018, Jonas joined IATSE again, this time as a Communications Coordinator, compiling newsletters, producing social media and email content, and analyzing communication activities. Recently, they became the Director of Communications at IATSE in July 2019, overseeing the management and integration of various communication platforms, setting department priorities, and implementing strategic digital campaigns.
Jonas Loeb earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Philosophy (Double Major) from Oberlin College from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they attended Suffern High School.

The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees is the largest union representing workers in the entertainment industry in The United States and Canada. Our members work in all forms of live theater, motion picture production, television production, television broadcasting, trade shows, exhibitions, and concerts, as well as the equipment and construction shops that support all these areas of the entertainment industry. We represent virtually all the behind-the-scenes workers in crafts ranging from motion picture animation to theater ushering.
