Jessica Schulz

Jessica Schulz is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership, performance, and recruiting. Currently serving as an HR Expert at IAV since October 2021, Jessica previously worked at DKB | Deutsche Kreditbank AG as an IT Recruiter from May 2020 to October 2021, focusing on end-to-end recruiting and enhancing the candidate experience. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Management internship at Bosch Power Tools and a working student position in HR service at Bosch, where responsibilities involved talent acquisition and lifecycle management. Jessica began a career in business support at Carrier Refrigeration eServices GmbH, overseeing fleet management tasks. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Ulm University and a Bachelor's degree in Learning and Training Psychology from Universität Erfurt.
