Philipp Marschall

Philipp Marschall has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Philipp started their career at Magna Powertrain as a Team Leader Design for Vacuum Pumps, where they worked from 2005 to 2011. Philipp then joined MAN Diesel & Turbo as a Project & Localisation Manager from November 2011 to February 2013. After that, they worked at AVL as a Senior Project Manager from March 2013 to September 2015. Currently, they are at IAV GmbH as the Head of Department - Hardware Integration since October 2015. In this role, they lead a multicultural department and is responsible for financial success and strategic orientation in the business area. Philipp develops concepts and mass production solutions for national and international OEMs using state-of-the-art development methods.

Philipp Marschall completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in General Management from the Universität für Weiterbildung Krems in 2015. Earlier, they pursued a degree in Fahrzeugtechnik at the Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained their Dipl. Ing. (FH) in 2005.
