Susanne Hilse

Susanne Hilse is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Project Lead HR Strategy and Systems at IAV since November 2018, focusing on digitalization projects within HR. Prior to this role, Susanne held positions including Personalreferentin at IAV, where responsibilities included employee and management consultations, collaboration with works councils, and legal advisory on labor matters. Susanne has also worked as an HR Business Partner at Bosch and as an HR Manager at velian GmbH, among other roles in various organizations such as Volkswagen AG and Siemens, beginning with a dual study program at Randstad Deutschland. In addition to professional endeavors, Susanne balances a personal role as a mother since January 2022, cherishing this experience despite its challenges and lack of conventional work structure.
