Currently serving as President & CEO of IB3 Global Solutions since April 2019, Gleason previously held significant positions including Vice President at Buchanan & Edwards, Inc., Vice President of Strategic Growth at InCadence Strategic Solutions, and Vice President of DoD Programs at PAE. Additional roles include Senior Vice President at A-T Solutions and GWAC Program Manager at Smartronix. Gleason's career began with the United States Marine Corps, where important expertise in Signals Intelligence and Electronic Ground Warfare was developed.
