María Dolores Esteban Pérez is an accomplished professional in the fields of civil and maritime engineering, holding prominent positions since April 2021 as the Decana of the Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos de Madrid and Vicedecana of the same organization.
