Eric Kaufman has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Eric started their career in 1980 with R.R. Donnelley & Sons as National Accounts Sales and later joined IBM in 1989 as Manager, US Supplier Relations and Contracts. In 1995, they became Vice President of Sales at GlobalWare Solutions. Eric then moved on to ModusLink Corporation in 2000, serving as President ModusLink Japan and Senior Vice President Asia Sales. Eric also held the position of President ModusLink Japan K.K. during their tenure. In 2009, they worked as an Independent Consultant before joining Convergys as VP of International Business Development. From 2015 to 2017, they served as SVP Operations and General Manager, Philippines, at ibex.connect, and later took on the role of SVP Business Development - APAC Region. In 2019, Eric joined the Contact Center Association of the Philippines as a Member of the Board of Directors, where they worked until 2021.

Eric Kaufman attended Northeastern University from 1978 to 1983 where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing. Prior to attending Northeastern University, they attended Waltham High School.
