Lushal Nayager is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Accountant at IBIS Consulting since January 2021, Lushal previously held the position of Finance Controller - Africa at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from February 2015 to October 2020, overseeing finance operations for East Africa and Mozambique. Key responsibilities at ERM included managing cash flow, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, and liaising with auditors. Earlier roles include Project Accountant and Accounts Payable Controller at ERM, Accounts Clerk at GBCA Chartered Accountants and Auditors, and a Financial Planner's personal assistant at Nedbank Private Wealth. Lushal holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a BCOM Honours degree from Regent Business School.
