Nicol Lind is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and human resources, currently serving as a Principal Consultant at IBIS Consulting since November 2022, focusing on ESG and impact advisory for emerging markets. Prior to this, Nicol held the position of Group Manager at Acorn Agri & Food from October 2016 to November 2022, contributing to investments aimed at advancing food security. Nicol's earlier experience includes serving as HR Director at ERM from January 2004 to March 2016, where responsibilities involved developing innovative sustainability solutions. Nicol holds a Master of Philosophy in People Management from the University of Cape Town, a BCom in Human Resources from UNISA, and completed Matric at Deutsche Schule Pretoria.
