Lingshuang Chen

Lingshuang Chen is an accomplished Principal Product Designer currently at IBM, following the acquisition of HashiCorp, where responsibilities include leading design initiatives for the HashiCorp Cloud Platform. Previously, Lingshuang served as both Principal and Staff Product Designer at HashiCorp, focusing on product integration and unification while representing design in the Central Architecture Group. Additional experience includes managing product design teams at Harness, where mentorship was provided to designers at various levels. Prior roles involved design contributions at Chef Software, frog, and other organizations, along with education in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington and Industrial Design from Tongji University.
