Bhavana Nair

Bhavana Nair is an experienced professional with over two decades in various roles at IBS Software, where since January 2001, leadership has included serving as Head of Internal Communications & Branding and as Executive Assistant to the Chairman & CEO. In 2012, Bhavana established the Internal Communications & Branding department, enhancing employee engagement through timely communication. Previous experience includes serving as an Administration Executive, responsible for communication management and employee satisfaction, and as an Interior Decorator at the Western Naval Command Officer's Mess. Bhavana holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Botany from the University of Kerala and Mar Ivanios College, Trivandrum.
