Luca Crippa is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee at IBSA Group since January 2023, Luca previously held the position of CEO and Managing Director at IBSA FARMACEUTICI from May 2018 to December 2022. Prior to that, significant roles at Nestlé Health Science included VP Global BU Healthy Aging, Global e-Business, and Country Manager for Italy and Malta, along with membership on the Nestlé Executive Board. Experience at Bayer spanned various leadership roles, including Country Manager for Croatia and Serbia and Head of Global Aspirin Cardio Business. Earlier in the career, Luca worked at GlaxoSmithKline as a Scientist and Digital Manager and at Istituto Mario Negri as a Scientist in Genetic Engineering. Academic qualifications include participation in advanced management programs at prestigious institutions such as London Business School and INSEAD, alongside degrees in Chemistry and specialization in Synthetic Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano.
