Forest O'Neill has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. From 2013 to 2018, Forest worked as a Port Coordinator at Techsea International, Inc. From 2018 to 2021, Forest held the role of Port Coordinator and Project Manager at Lynker Technologies. Currently, Forest serves as the West Coast Program Manager at IBSS, starting in May 2021.
Forest O'Neill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, General from the University of California, Santa Cruz from 1994 to 1997. Forest then went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology, General from the University of California, Santa Barbara from 1997 to 2002.
