Jim Bordelon is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at IC Enable, where responsibilities include driving vision and growth strategy for design services. Prior to this role, Jim spent a decade at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, holding multiple director-level positions focused on design methodology, compact modeling, and technology integration, leading large teams and initiatives across various technology platforms. Previous experience includes a technical staff position at Texas Instruments and presidency at Stratosphere Solutions, where Jim received recognition for innovative product development. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Physics and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

We have extensive experience with analog circuit layout techniques related to critical matching, shielding, sensitive routes, high voltage, RF requirements, and routing considerations. The IC Enable model allows us to supply clients with the needed additional capacity and expertise for layout and design projects. With the ability to staff both off-site and on-site, IC Enable can deliver projects quickly and efficiently to meet client needs.
