Guillermo H. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Guillermo started their career as a Team Leader at Deloitte/HP, where they were responsible for reporting to managers and controllership in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Guillermo also played a key role in creating presentations, conducting interviews, coaching, and training new members. Guillermo then moved on to ALDI SUISSE AG, where they served as a Regional Director, overseeing the implementation and functioning of supermarkets in a specific area. At Axialent, Guillermo worked as a Regional Project Manager Latam and later as a Project Manager, managing projects in the Latin American region. Guillermo joined Integralis Consulting as a Commercial Director and Project Manager, and subsequently held roles as Partner and Commercial Director and Partner and Managing Director. Guillermo's most recent position is at IDA - Integralis Development Academy, where they serve as the Managing Director.
Guillermo H. completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration from Universidad del Salvador in the years 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have acquired additional certifications such as "Re-evolución Personal - Retiro ICG" from Re-evolución Personal, "Inducción Purpose Driven Culture en ICG" from IDA - Integralis Development Academy, and "Integrante del Equipo de Proyecto de Insignias Digitales de IDA - Integralis Development Academy" from Acreditta, all obtained in 2022.
