Engr.ahmed Yarkandy

Engr. Ahmed Yarkandy is an experienced ICT professional with a strong background in managing and leading IT operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the ICT Terminal Duty Manager and TOCC ICT Manager at ICAD-KSA since March 2018, Yarkandy oversees the operational plans and activities within the Terminal Operation Control Center at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. Previously held positions include Head of IT Services at Waad Holding Company, where strategic service delivery was a focus, and System Engineer at KAIA, where database design and analysis were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes teaching roles, project management, and various engineering and administrative functions at Umm Al-Qura University. Yarkandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and has received additional training in project management and system engineering.
