The Engineering Team at ICANotes is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the technical infrastructure that supports the electronic healthcare records platform. Comprised of an IT Systems Engineer, a DevOps Engineer, and a Quality Assurance Automation Lead, the team ensures system reliability, automates deployment processes, and rigorously tests software to uphold the platform's high clinical standards for behavioral health professionals.
