Hartley Rogers

Hartley Rogers is the Chairman of Hamilton Lane and a member of the firm’s various Investment Committees.

Founded in 1991, Hamilton Lane is a private equity asset management firm that helps pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and other institutional investors create and manage diversified private equity programs tailored to their needs and risk tolerances. Hamilton Lane is the largest allocator of capital to private equity funds in the world and is a significant player in the private equity secondary and co-investment arenas.

Hartley was formerly a Managing Director in the private equity fund management areas at Morgan Stanley and at Credit Suisse. He serves on the Boards of the Metropolitan Opera, the Green Vale School, the Peoples’ Symphony Concerts and Acadia Healthcare (NASD: ACHC). He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
