Tom Baughman

Tom Baughman is an experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Advisor Distribution - Structured Investments at iCapital Network since November 2021. Previously, Tom held the position of Managing Director at Axio Financial LLC, where responsibilities included leading structured product sales to Independent Broker/Dealers and RIAs. Tom has also served as Regional Director at Merion Capital Group, focusing on top independent B/Ds and RIAs, and at Financial Products, LLC, marketing Credit-Suisse Structured Notes across multiple western states. Additional roles include wholesaling mutual funds at America First Capital Management and providing institutional investment consulting at Lancaster Pollard Investment Advisory Group. Tom began a career in finance as Regional Vice President at Advisor's Asset Management and has experience as a Compliance Analyst at LPL and as a Regional Marketing Associate at Putnam Investments. Tom holds a BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, completed in 2001.
