Jens Cappelle has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jens started their career as a Telephone Interviewer at GfK in 2010 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Junior Application Developer at the same company. After that, Jens joined Napoleon Games NV in 2018 as a front end React and Node.js developer. Jens worked there until 2020 when they joined Napoleon Sports & Casino Online as a Technical Lead and full stack JS developer. In 2016, Jens also worked as a Full-Stack Javascript Developer at Codious.io. Currently, they are employed as a Full stack App Developer at TADAAM since 2022.

Jens Cappelle began their education in 2008 at TKO Leuven, where they studied Secretariaat-talen for three years. Jens then enrolled at Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven in 2012, pursuing a degree in Toegepaste Informatica with a focus on Software Development. However, they did not complete this degree. In 2015, Jens attended Syntra Brussel tour en taxi's for a year to become a Web developer, studying Webontwikkelaar.
