Tine Lavrysen is a Senior UX Designer, Researcher, and Strategist at icapps since July 2014, where the focus is on guiding organizations through their digital transformation. With prior experience as a Senior UX Consultant at Human Interface Group, Tine performed user analysis and interface design. Tine's early career includes work on a Master's Thesis at Philips Research, which explored energy-saving games for families, and prototype manufacturing for the Superbus Project, contributing to sustainable transport solutions. Tine's involvement with the Nuon Solar Team emphasized public relations and ergonomics, showcasing a multidisciplinary approach in engineering and design. Tine holds a Master’s degree in Design for Interaction and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology.
