Aerste Howells is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and commercial sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Icario since January 2024, Howells previously held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Cureatr from September 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Howells was with Matrix Medical Network for over a decade, contributing as Vice President of Customer Solutions, where responsibilities included leading concept-to-market efforts and strategic leadership in several key areas, and as Vice President of Client Services, focusing on business development and client relationship management. Earlier career roles included positions at Healthways, My ePHIT, and Kinara Advertising, showcasing a diverse background in sales, account services, and consulting. Aerste Howells holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Business from Brigham Young University.
