Philip Roth is the Vice President of ICAT BWI and the Director Of Corporate Operations at ICAT Logistics. Prior to this, Philip served as the Director of Operations at Priority Worldwide. Philip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
